sauna a infrarossi

While the traditional Finnish sauna is heated by direct warm sources, the infrared cabin is based on infrared rays which do not heat the air, but penetrate the skin heating the muscles, and are therefore absorbed directly into a specific zone of the body. The temperature is lower than it is in the classic sauna, so the infrared cabin is used mainly to reduce muscle aches and pains.
