The Hammam, also called turkish bath, is recommended in winter to prevent flu and act against muscle pain; by stimulating sweating, it also helps eliminate toxins and exceeding fluids and clears the respiratory system. In the summer, the Hammam has a cooling effect on the body temperature, and the resulting gentle exfoliation leaves your skin soft, hydrated and ready for a deeper tan.
The temperature, lower than in the sauna, does not exceed 40-45 ° C. Allowing a longer stay, ranging from 15 to 25 minutes, the Hammam is particularly suitable for those who do not like the intense heat of the sauna.
It is reccomended, after any Hammam session, to take a refreshing shower and to lay down in complete relax.
