Hyatt Centric Murano Venice

An ancient Murano glass factory turned into into a 4-star boutique hotel for an ultra-chic stay: Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is the perfect destination for those who want to discover one of the most beautiful Italian stories and relax themselves in a welcoming and refined spa. Hyatt Centric Murano Venice is one of the five luxury hotels of the Hyatt brand in Europe; located in the heart of Murano, overlooking the quiet waters of the Venice Lagoon, it rises after the restoration of an ancient glass furnace and houses the artworks of the famous Italian artist Venini. The Hotel dedicates to guests a modern offer authentically inspired by the Venetian culture, that includes 119 elegantly furnished rooms and the wellness centre built and installed by Stenal.

The spa houses a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and a wet area with multi-sensory experience showers.

The sauna and turkish bath were built and installed by Stenal with great attention, during the planning stage, to the technical solutions related to the particularity of the place: since the Hotel is located in a lagoon area, all the plumbing systems have been designed to also work in conditions of hard water, and the finishes have been chosen for their resistance to the saline climate, proving how Stenal, with its experience developed in over thirty years of supplying furnishings for wellness centers, has been able to deal smartly with the many architectural and natural constraints.

Within the supply of equipment for the wellness center, a professional sauna such as Evolution by Stenal could not be missing. The sauna has been custom made in thermo-treated Ash wood; instead of the standard version, that has benches in Linden wood, this model has been proposed entirely in burnished wood to give greater prominence to the fiber optic lighting on the ceiling, where spotlights softly pass through many color shades.

The polished stainless steel frames that features both sauna and steam bath add a touch of modernity to the environment, and act as a continuum between the two cabins; the Turkish bath tailor made by Stenal is accessed by means of a large glass door, from which guests can immediately appreciate the atmosphere of deep relaxation inspired by the changing lights and materials in the natural colors of bronze.

In the area dedicated to showers, two different stations each equipped with a sensory shower from the Ray line by Stenal offer not only the opportunity to cool off after sauna and steam bath, but also a playful and unexpected moment: both the Mekong and Volga shower can be operated with the mixer, to rinse the body after the sauna and turkish bath, while activating the piezoelectric button on the wall the cabin turns into a multi-sensory scenography that involves all the senses: colored lights in shades of blue or red, aromas that recalls balsamic or tropical scents, and finally jets of water at different temperature that recreate an arctic fog or a tropical storm.
