Hotel La Cocumella

The Grand Hotel Cocumella is the anciest hotel on the Sorrentine Peninsula. Born as the residence of the Jesuit Fathers in 1637, it became a hotel starting in 1777. In 1978 the restoration began by the architect Nino del Papa, who turned it into the enchanting "charm island of the peninsula" of today.
Today it is the ideal destination for those who want to enjoy the beauties of the Sorrento peninsula and the Amalfi coast, immersed in the luxury of a five-star Resort, where you can stroll in the garden, among citrus fruits and lush plants, enjoy the sea and sun of Sorrento from the Hotel's solarium, and dedicate time to yourself in the spa and the swimming pool.
Faithful to its mission of constantly raising quality standards to guarantee to its demanding guests a dream stay, the Hotel has chosen Stenal to evolve one of the prestigious Suites with a custom made sauna from the Topclass line. The renovation of the suite took into account both the architectural constraints, such as the curvature of the wall and the false ceiling, and the pre-existing furnishings, making the most of the space available. The suite sauna employs lot of glass and a type of bright and uniform timber: solutions that give airiness to the sauna and enhance the prestige of the suite.
