Stenal is a family business that has designed and built SPA facilities for generations. Love and care goes into every creation, whether it is a contemporary hotel or a private home. Saunas, steam baths, experience showers and relaxation areas start as detailed drawings and become unique and exclusive spaces. A process that involves heart and mind, in which your ideas and our 40 years of experience in research, development, construction and installation set the basis of an amazing final result.We listen carefully to our customers and successfully support them during the planning stages in order to offer bespoke solutions based on their individual needs. Our history
1980 - The company that would soon become one of the few reference points in the wellness sector in Italy is founded in the heart of the thermal area of Abano-Montegrotto. 1985 - The first sauna production plant is acquired to bring to life the projects of customers and designers. 1990 - The electro-mechanical department is founded to develop steam bath technology. 2001 - The new century starts with new challenges. The business expands outside Europe. 2006 - Constant growth requires further expansion and the company moves to a new 2500 m2 production plant and showroom. 2007 - With the new generation of owners come new prospects for the future and important research and development investments. 2008 - The Civil Contract division is founded to offer planning assistance and production support to our Partners. 2012 - The Naval Contract division is founded thanks to the acquired experience in on-board construction techniques and regulations. 2016 - A broad network of technical assistance centres is created in Italy and in our main markets abroad. 2021 - Needs and requirements in the wellness world change, with a greater focus on personal spaces and contact with nature. Stenal develops new solutions for outdoor areas and private suites. 2024 - Over 40 years of activity; a team of over 90 people, with an average age of 39 and an average career length of 15 years; works carried out across 6 continents and more than 50 different countries.
INTERNAL CARPENTRY
Our carpentry is the place where every day the dreams of our customers come to life; it is essential to ensure the creativity and flexibility of our saunas, which are delivered only after careful testing.
TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
The technical department covers 500 square meters; here it is possible to simulate any kind of scenario that may occur on site. Our experienced designers from various sectors, from civil to naval, take care of the complex detailed design work of each job, providing a turnkey service.
ELECTROMECHANICAL LABORATORY
In our laboratory, we produce the techniques for the experience showers, Kneipp paths, and all cold and wet technologies; everything the customers expect to experience in the modern wellness center, including the production of customized techniques, is born here to surprise our clients’ guests with unique effects.
