Infrared Benefits

Infrared Rays (IR) are a specific range of light capable of penetrating the skin and naturally warm the body. They have been used for decades in the wellness industry as well as in medical and sports therapies.
Quality infrared
Infrared rays are divided into 3 categories (IR-C, IR-B, IR-A) based on their wavelength and capacity of heating different layers of the skin.
myHeat exclusively uses Vitae infrared emitters: a technology that combines the right amount of IR-A, IR-B and IR-C to simulate natural rays.
The emitter is designed to irradiate the back, the most sensitive zone to this kind of treatment.
