Ausonia Hungaria
The Ausonia Hungaria Palace is an unique building located in the heart of Venice. The Palace opened back in 1907, during the Belle Époque. It probably owes its name to the frequentation of the Hungarian high society in its early years.
The Palace assumes its current lookin 1913, when the notorious ceramist Luigi Fabris forged the extraodinary external covering in Majolica tiles. The palace became an unique example of Liberty Style in the venetian isle.
Having been recently renovated, the Ausonia Hungaria is now a 5 stars luxury hotel.
The creation of Ausonia Hungaria’s wellness center was commited to Stenal in order to grant the highest levels of technology, desing and materials.
The Sauna is the corner stone of a spa. For Ausonia Hungaria’s spa Stenal manufactured a Sauna Evolution in dark ash’s wood with a large panoramic window.
The Biosauna Evolution combines lower temperatures and higher humidity levels compared to a traditional sauna. To match the desing of the environment, the biosauna was created with a combination of light linden wood and darker ash wood.
After a warm bath, Stenal’s ice shower is the optimal solution to enjoy the benefits of the alternation between hot and cold.
The experience showers paths from the Island line are both adesing element and the perfect place to enjoy a unique multisensory wellness experience, given by the combination of different temperatures, colors and scents.
And for a moment of complete relaxation, the Ausonia Hungaria offers a room that revisits the ancient Roman tepidarium. The environment, unique thanks to Stenal’s Himalaya Salt Wall, is warmed and scented so that visitors can enjoy a moment of pure relaxation.
