Ermitage Medical Hotel
Owned by Maggia Family since 1972, the Hotel Ermitage Bel Air was one of the first thermal accommodation in Abano Terme, on of the largest and oldest thermal cities in the world.
The Ermitage developed the innovative concept of Medical Hotel: “our high-quality hotel reception is now enriched by rehabilitation therapists, physiotherapists, experts in thermal medicine and in motor sciences”.
The Hotel rigorous quality standards are a reference point in Veneto, and not only there. That’s why The Ermitage Hotel choose to Stenal’s expertise while designing and building their SPA.
The spacious Elite sauna built and designed by Stenal is one of the focal points of the wellness area. The ample window overlooking the Hotel’s external park adds to beauty and the vibrant look of the Cedar wood cabin.
But a great sauna is not just good looking; its functional. And since the Hotel philosophy revolves around the concept of accessibility, Stenal created a special cabin that could be used both as a traditional Finnish sauna and as a biosauna.
The thusly built sauna can be used both by those enjoying intense dry heat and those who don’t appreciate or cannot be exposed to high temperatures.
